Omdat de eerste trip naar Clermont Ferrand door stakingen en slecht weer niet echt een groot succes was, ben ik eind juni nog een keer terug gegaan:

En toen gebeurde iets, wat niemand had verwacht. De Cevenol, een intercity van Clermond Ferrand naar Nimes die dagelijks 1 slag maakt, is in april met twee X 73500 motorwagens gaan rijden. Maar tot grote vreugde van veel hobbyisten keerden eind juni de BB 67400 locs met Corailrijtuigen in deze dienst terug!

In inzet van de Cevenol met BB 67400 en Corail schijnt alleen gedurende de zomermaanden te zijn vanwege de toeristen. De BB 67400'n met RRR stammen zullen dit jaar waarschijnlijk helemaal voor het laatst rijden.

Deze streek is absoluut fraai en voor ons treinenliefhebbers helemaal nu de lijn Munchen-Memmingen-Kissleg-Lindau nog niet geëlektrificeerd is. Men is van plan dat in 2018 te gaan doen.

Gisteren een gastrein gespot bij Lewedorp. Trein was onderweg naar Sloe. Bijzonderheid was dat er 2 locs in opzending meereden. Locatie: overweg Noord Kraaijertsedijk.
