Hi,

i am not really into the lowest price, but i do get frustrated sometimes to find outdated links from google to web-shops where articles either no longer exists or are not in stock .

If your tool would handle that i would be very happy

Agree, it is annoying. The problem Google is having is the same as I have on my website, that our bots will be behind the websites we check (i.e. bot is checking the website and afterwards the website changes, before the bot checks the website next time).

On my website, I'm currently updating prices twice a week, so there's still a risk of encountering dead links through my site. When I get a better server at one point in the future (have to watch costs  ), I plan to update daily and then the risk goes down. But it will probably never go away 100%, only close to 100%.

I'm currently looking into if there is a way to detect if products are in stock or not, but it's no secret that it's a problem many shops aren't clear about this, i.e. as mentioned above I have seen shops where you don't get the out of stock message until you reach the payment page

Concerning 286 Canadian vs. US dollars, can you remember which product/shop it was?

This probably concerns Eurorailhobbies.com. This webshop gives the opportunity to display prices in US Dollars or CAN Dollars. It is certainly possible that when you visit the webshop the prices are displayed in USD and not CAN Dollars specially for a first time or occasionally visitor

In the right upper corner of the website you can select between the currencies to be displayed.

Good suggestion, but that shop is already set to USD in my database, i.e. show their prices in USD on my site.
